Time Management IQ

This document provides a time management assessment activity. Participants are instructed to read 10 statements about time management techniques and habits and indicate how often each applies to them as "often," "sometimes," or "rarely." Examples include creating daily to-do lists, tackling biggest tasks first, and meeting deadlines with time to spare. Participants then add their total points, which are interpreted in a key at the end to evaluate their time management skills and identify areas for improvement. Scores of 28-30 mean doing a great job, while below 16 suggests getting back to basics of organization and planning.
