Communication skills Must - English / Hindi
Documentation storing & handling
Work experience in AR related activities
Work flow handling abilities
Customer communication & Issue resolution (AR Related)
Knowledge on Banking process
Customer accounts Reconciliation
Dispute Management
Buy Back handling
Order Processing Knowledge Advance & Past Due confirmation
CoD tracking experience, knowledge on transportation documents.
AR handling Knowledge on Multi Modality / Enterprise customer
Accounting Knowledge in Oracle
Po Vs Billing Reconciliation
Weekly Collection Target handling
