Objectives
SWBAT: list the formal qualifications of the president
SWBAT: compare and contrast the informal qualifications on the Presidential Sweet
Sixteen bracket to choose a president based solely on their informal qualifications.

Instructional Procedures
Upon arrival teacher will take attendance
Students will prepare to present their laws.
For the first 20 Minutes students will present and vote on each others laws.
Collect students bill to law packets for grading.
15 Minutes are devoted to the teacher quickly presenting the Formal Qualifications
of the Presidency and having the students complete the Presidential Sweet Sixteen
Bracket based off of each Presidents informal qualifications.
For the last 5 Minutes are devoted to discussing why each student chose who
they did based on those informal qualifications a President has, and why those
informal qualifications matter just as much as the formal ones.
