CSR & Sustainability (MGG 601) Group Project Logistical Things to Remember and Do

1. On the Day of the Presentation (either Dec 3 or Dec 5)


Please come to the class at least 5 minutes before the class start time so as to upload your groups power-point presentation file on the desktop of the class-rooms computer. Each group should give a hardcopy (2 slides per page, B&W is fine) of its presentation slides to the instructor in the class prior to starting its presentation. Each group must complete their presentation within 15 minutes of time from the start of their presentation. Each group would be given a two-minutes-left warning by the instructor at the time of their presentation. Each group MUST FINISH their presentation within two minutes after that warning from the instructor. Otherwise, they would be asked to stop their presentation. You should remain in the class after your groups presentation unless your group was the last to present on your presentation day.

2. On the Last Day of Class (Dec 5)


Each group needs to submit a hardcopy of a written report (about 10-12 pages plus any appendix or reference materials) on the group project topic to the instructor in the class. Recommended minimum font size is 11 font with double spacing. Using the Excel based evaluation form available through the course Web site, each group needs to email to the instructor its evaluation score and comments on the class presentations made by the other eights groups in its section.
