A proposal for college students employment

Purpose of the Research


The overall purpose of the study is to know the plan of the college students employment especially for the junior students. Specific purposes for the research study might include: 1: To find out the degree of the plans for the college students. 2: To know the proportion of students choosing employment and others. 3: To find out some advantages and disadvantages they have for employment.

Research Design
The survey research method is basic research design. We will use questionnaire to collect the information we need. We will distribute 500 questionnaires in Tianjin University of Technology randomly. Each questionnaire costs 3 to 5 minutes for each respondent. Following are some questions that in the questionnaire. 1: What will you do when you graduate from college? Get a job Kaoyan Nothing Don`t know 2: How will you get your first job? By myself Depend my parents, relatives and friends. Other ways 3: What advantages do you have when you finding a job? 4: What is the most difficult thing you think when you finding a job?

Sample Design
A survey of approximately 500 junior students in Tianjin University of Technology

will provide the database for the study. All of the respondents are chose randomly.

Data Gathering
Our team will collect the date from the questionnaires.

Data Processing and Analysis


Standard editing and coding procedures will be utilized. Simple tabulation and cross-tabulations will be utilized to analyze the data.

Report Preparation
A written report will be prepared based on the teacher`s require.

Budget and Time Schedule


The budget of the research is 100 Yuan. We will follow the teacher`s time schedule and refer our final report before may 30st.
