Very systematic

Content of learning must align the educational aims

The teaching process must be dynamic, active, and have two way communications

Teachers must have good personality in order to have better relationship with students. By having that, the PnP process will run smoothly

This model more emphasize on the aim of education (learning outcome)

Everything must be organize in order to achieved the objective/learning outcome

They determine whether the objectives are achieved by having a evaluation

Students are given the opportunity to give their opinion on the lesson learn
