their commitment to the team and coach. Any absence must be communicated to the

Hall will not be tolerated and could result in suspension from the team.
Athletes must maintain their academic standing; otherwise their participation will be
suspended until their academic performance and attitude is deemed to be satisfactory
by subject teachers and administration.
Athletes must wear appropriate athletic attire for all practices, and team uniforms for
games. The Athletics jacket must be worn with black sweat or track pants. While
travelling to and from athletic competitions, athletes must wear their Athletics
jacket. All athletes must also adhere to the game play uniform requirements outlined by
their coaches.
If a class is missed because of the athletics schedule, it is the responsibility of the

missed work.

Be honest to the coach and team-mates
Co-operation with your Teammates
Be positive towards your teammates and compliment positive play.
Commitment to a sport requires you to attend all trainings, meetings and games.
If a player cannot attend training, she must personally see the coach to excuse herself
from practice
If a student is absent from school she should ring her coach at school to inform them
she will not be at practice.
Follow the coaches instructions and be a valuable team member.
Requirements of Being a Good Sport
Play hard but play by the rules.
Never question the referee and always accept decisions made on the field.
Recognize positive contributions made by teammates and opposition.
If watching a game, or whilst being a reserve, only make positive comments from the
sideline.
If you have any issues regarding opposition players or spectators these should be
directed to your coach.
Never take the law into your own hands.
The school and/or judicial committee of the sport will view foul play very seriously.
Branksome has a proud tradition of fair play and this reputation will continue in the
future.
Co-operation with your Coach and Manager
Please remember all coaching is done on a voluntary basis, make your coaches job
as easy as possible by being appreciative and committed to your team.

For each component of the peak performance, describe the assessment. Record a
score for personal performance and rate the ideal performance. Subtract the personal
score from the ideal score to gain a focus number for each week. The higher the
number, the more focus needed. Log any improvements made during the assessment
