The Trade Union and To Make Written: Are Hereby Invited

The Registrar of Labour Relations, Johannes Theodoras Crouse, issued a notice of intention to cancel the registration of the Independent Labour Union of South Africa (ILUSA LR 2/6/2/1543) for failing to comply with legal requirements under the Labour Relations Act of 1995. Specifically, the union is functioning for personal gain, is no longer operating according to its constitution, and failed to comply with Sections 98, 99 and 100 of the Act. Interested parties are invited to provide written representations within 60 days as to why the registration should not be canceled.
