This will halt depreciation from the start date of the new interval. If the new interval includes past periods that have been depreciated, A, recalculates the depreciation to reflect the shutdown interval. Cautions: If both intervals are checked, the depreciation is reversed for the entire open fiscal year. If the asset shutdown box on the time-dependent tab is checked before the -urther intervals button is clicked, the interval will already include the shutdown. If not removed from the original time interval, the depreciation is reversed for the entire open fiscal year. Note: .epreciation changes resulting from an asset shutdown change only affect the current open fiscal year.
