Past Simple and Present Perfect

1) The daughter explains that she washed the dishes yesterday but has not had time today. She also says she just got home from school two hours ago and was on the phone with her friend Lucy when she arrived. 2) A fills in sentences using the past simple and present perfect tenses, including that they just cycled 50 km, wrote an essay yesterday, and their friend rang 10 minutes ago. 3) Questions are completed with the present perfect or past simple, including that someone lived somewhere as a child, they have not seen her since last year, and they finished a contract last week.

1) Conversation: Fill with the past simple or present perfect

3) Complete with present perfect or past simple
