Click on File->Log Viewer->Load Commview Logs-> Choose the .ncf file. Now File->Export>Wireshark/TCP dump format

Aircrack Part :

. Aircrack Folder->Bin->Aircrack-ng GUI.exe Choose the .cap file and you should be able to do the others
