Project 2: Extension of An RC Structure

1.0 Introduction
The project is an integrated component where it involves structural theory, force calculation and basic structural proposal. This project is designed to allow the demonstration of knowledge and understanding of building structure. In a group of 9, we are assigned to choose an existing RC building of maximum 3 storeys, in which we choose a bungalow of 2 storeys in Sieramas, Sungai Buloh as our case study. In this report, we are assigned to carry out appraisal of structural system of the building, prepare measured drawings by using appropriate scale, identify structural elements of the building and prepare structural plans of case study.
