The Astrolab is a center of activities in astronomy dedicated to the public. It is part of the national park of Mount Megantic, one of the 22 national parks of the Parks Quebec network. Our team is has the devoted passion of the stars and nature. Situated in an exceptional setting, the Astrolab offers many activities for all the tastes: interactive expositions and high definition films at the basis of the mountain, visit observatories at the summit, evenings of astronomy and even more. A stay that is unforgettable, earth to the stars.

Your mandate
The astrolab located at the park of Mount Megantic are in search of specialized coordinators in geology and in astronomy for the next summer season. You will welcome the visitors and will answer questions concerning the geological phenomena of : orogenesis (formation of mountains), of erosion, also on tectonic plates, earthquakes, and on volcanoes. In astronomy, you will observe and learn about : eclipses, phases of the moon, comets, boreal dawns and meteoric impacts (asteroids). We are looking for coordinators that have talents in communicating and that have a good capacity to adapt his/herself to all our clients needs. The candidates interested who wish to be a part of our dynamic team will have to send us, with originality, the proof of their knowledge of the mentioned subjects.
