Abstract (Not more than 250 words): Cloud computing technologies can offers important benefits for IT organizations and data centers running MTC application. In this system we explore the scenario to deploy a computing cluster on the top of a multicloud infrastructure for solving loosely coupled MTC applications. The cluster nodes can be provisioned with various clouds to improve the time duration, cost effectiveness of the deployment to implement high availability strategies. We prove the viability of solutions by evaluating the scalability, performance and cost of different configurations such as Sun Grid Engine cluster, local server and two other clouds like Rackspace and Amazon.
