PREFACE

The good name and fame associated with Industrial Engineering graduates are attributed to the food high level of studies, both inside the classroom and in Industries. This aspect has made them prominent among other students. The students of Industrial Engineering are not restricted to the bookish neither teaching nor they are required to become cramming parrots. They are made to observe how theory is transformed into practical and how bookish principal is applied to different situations. Industrial Engineers believe the saying practice makes a man perfect. It is immense pleasure for us to complete our Internship at Millat Equipment Ltd. I feel it privilege that respected Dy. Manager Human Resource Mr. Asif considered our placement here. For completion of our Internship, we made studies on different views of Industry including but not limited to machining processes like hobing turning, boring ,Pump Assembling, maintenance works, quality procedures and equipment. From Mannagers to Workers, staff cooperation was appreciable & professional. They provided us all relevant information & support that helped us to complete the projects successfully.. During out Internship we observed that Millat Equipment Ltd has a great capability to produce quality parts and equipement with its innovative engineering team. I am not hesitating to say that I really learned more than my expectations in this four weeks Internship.
