STAGE FOR UNIVERSALISATION OF ELEMENTARY EDUCATION :1. Universalisation of provisions :2. Universalisation of Enrollement 3. Universalisation of Retention Many recommendations ,Investment schemes have been implemented for achieving the target of universalisation of elementary education ,So it is a matter of serious concept for every Indians to think the validity and effectiveness of new Act i.c. Right to children to free and compulsory Education Act 2009.
