-Made the British have more control on the Colonial government Effect on England (Economic,Political, Social) The government was heavily in debt due to the war. -The government began to pay more attention to the colonies How it Led to the American Revolution. -It angered the colonists since their militia commanders were treated as less by the British Regulars' commanders -The colonists felt that they were being treated unequally even though they were British citizens. -The colonists were not allowed to use the land they earned from fighting and winning the French and Indian War. -They felt betrayed since they were denied access to the land that belonged to them. -The tax angered the colonists because they were being taxed unfairly and with out representation in Parliament.
