PROCEDURE FOR CUT OVER As on Cut over date all open Maintenance orders (Maintenance orders which have been started before the cut over date and not yet completed) are not considered. All newly starting maintenance orders can be handled by creation of maintenance orders. The detail procedure is mentioned below. Any historical maintenance notification data that needs to be entered in the system before cut over can be entered in the system manually.

All notifications and Work Orders occurred from Cut off date to the Go-Live date should be entered manually into the system with the following guidelines: 1. Notification should be created to record the event. 2. Maintenance Order should be created for those tasks wherein detail planning is involved like Materials issues, Man-hours, External Services and Settlements etc. 3. Actual material consumed and services to be assigned to the order. 4. Plant Maintenance Dept. will create settlement Rule for all orders before release. 5. Pick list for orders should be printed. 6. Material Management team to perform goods issues for each order. In case of nonstock material, MM has to decide the way of handling such cases. 7. Upon goods issue completion for all orders, Plant Maintenance Team will confirm all orders. 8. CO will settle all Plant Maintenance orders. 9. Plant Maintenance Team will close orders.
