ISN Rubric Score Sheet

This document provides a rubric for grading student notebooks. It assigns point values from 0-4 based on completeness of assignments, page numbering, organization, and adherence to handouts. A score of 4 is for notebooks with all assignments completed and pages numbered. Lower scores are assigned for incomplete or missing assignments and lack of organization like page numbering or an incomplete table of contents. A score of 0 is for not having the notebook in class. It also includes a scoring sheet to record notebook grades by week.
