Kimberly B. Andales' vision is to continuously improve her education to prepare for a dynamic environment, take on challenging learning experiences, and apply moral values in her learning to achieve a better future. Her mission is to further her knowledge daily, improve qualities like organization and responsibility, exercise regularly to stay healthy, find summer jobs, and make time for family and friends. Her goals are to be knowledgeable through good study habits, improved by learning from failures, healthy through maintaining health habits, responsible by being self-sufficient and managing her time and problems, and ultimately successful by graduating, passing boards, becoming a CPA, getting employed, and having a happy family life.

Vision
To succeed in the future, I will strive hard to provide an education that is different and continuously improving in order to prepare myself for the dynamic educational environment; grab the opportunities for challenging applied learning experiences; focused, inspired and apply moral values in everyday learning for achieving a better future.

Mission
I will attempt to further my knowledge everyday either through taking classes, reading books, or educating experiences so I can be as intelligent and insightful as my parents. I will be a better daughter, sister, student, teammate, and friend by improving on my inferior qualities like organized, responsibility, and compassion. I will continue to exercise my body a few times a week in order to become lean and fit. This way I will have the muscle and endurance to achieve my goals and live a long, healthy life. I will try to find a job every summer in order to at least grow my current bank account I will treasure time spent with my family, lover and friends above everything else by putting aside time for them no matter how busy my schedule may become.

Goals
To achieve my mission, I will strive to attain the following outcomes; Knowledgeable: by having a good study habit and frequently reviewing my lessons. Improved: by being better and better in my every failure and maintaining good inferior qualities. Healthy: by having a good health habit to prevent sickness that may hinder my time for improvement. Responsible: by being able to provide my own personal wants/ needs and being able to manage my time, responsibilities as well as my problems. Successful: by being able to encompass all the hardships and graduate, pass the board and be a CPA, to get employed and to have a very fruitful and happy family life.
