All salvageable materials are in favor to the demolition contractor. 2. Demolition permits are in favor for the demolition contractor. D. TERMS OF PAYMENT 1. 50% upon signing of contract 2. 50% balance on a weekly progress billing. 3. Any additional works shall be billed separately
