COMPANY OVERVIEW
TEXPORT LIMITED was established in June 1992. It is a 100% export oriented factory, which has a production capacity of 90,000 pieces per month. The total factory area is 16,831 square feet with more than 500 workers including officials. It is a woven based factory and its principle products are Woven shirts, blouses, trousers etc.

TEXPORT LIMITED faces troubles during the political crisis. Political crisis specially effects on the supply chain system where the suppliers may not supply the raw materials due time. It also affects the shipment schedule too. The workers in the factory are experienced but they are not educated enough. As a result, they are not aware of their own efficiency level.

CONCLUSION
With the world of globalization business is getting competitive day by day. In case of RMG sector it is more competitive then any other business sector. Due to some drawbacks the garments industries of Bangladesh losing their buyers rapidly. So to overcome the problem operations management tools and techniques should be used more efficiently then others.
