Sap Introduction

The memorandum announces that AVOD is upgrading from their current ERP system BaaN to SAP, which is considered one of the best ERP software systems. A joint implementation team consisting of SAP consultants from an Indian company and an internal AVOD team led by the author will work together on the new SAP implementation. The SAP consultants have arrived in Oman and will be giving an initial awareness presentation on March 4th and an introduction presentation on the same day. Key employees are requested to attend the presentations in the AVOD board room.

SAP is rated to be the best ERP software and AVOD would be one of the few privileged organizations running this software in Oman. The SAP implementation will be a joint effort, with a team of SAP consultants from M/s Caritor India, led by Mr. Praveen Paritala and a team from AVOD, led by me, working together towards a successful implementation. I am privileged to have you as a member of AVODs implementation team, and I look forward to your support and expertise. The SAP consultants have arrived in Oman.
