RESEARCH PROCESS OF PROJECT

Meaning: Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. It may be understood as a science of studying how research is done scientifically. In it we study the various steps that are generally adopted by a researcher in studying his research problem along with the logic behind them. It is necessary for the researcher to know not only the research methods or techniques but also the methodology.

PROCESS: -

Formulate Research Problem: Objective of study: The object behind this project was to gain practical knowledge about Merger And Acquisition and last but not the least for partial fulfillment of bachelor degree of business administration.

Some other objectives of study were: 1) To understand in depth about how Merger and Acquisition take place. 2) The type of financial instrument, company would prefer at the time of Merger and Acquisition. 3) To give a recommendation to the company, that how it can improve its financial position after doing Merger and Acquisition. 4) To identify objective of a company after doing Merger and Acquisition. Research Design: Descriptive: The data collected is totally descriptive and useful for Primary basis analysis. Sources of Data and Data Collection Method: Secondary: -

The data collected is totally on secondary basis. To know how Merger and Acquisition takes place. Data is collected from the official websites of the company and other websites. Processing and Analyzing Data: The data collected is arranged in the form of table, those datas are very important, and some data are shown graphically also so that one can compare present data with past data easily and able to conclude it.
