Presenting Matrix COSEC - an adaptive ,modular, scalable and function-rich time attendance Access control system designed for small office home office(SOHO),small and medium enterprises(SMB),large enterprises(LE).

Matrix COSEC is designed to deliver high level of flexibility at various levels. Interfaces (Wi-Fi, 3G, Ethernet and RS485),

Door Controller connectivity with application server (direct or through PANELS), readers (Card, Finger and PIN in any combination).

ARCHITECTURE

ETERNITY-NE
The Next Generation IP-PBX built to mature todays nascent businesses into flourished enterprises, breaking the confines of conventional telephony systems.

ETERNITY NE has CDR capacity to record 12000 calls details. The system also maintains a log of its own activities and error reports. Detailed reports can be generated, backed-up and printed for later reference.

ARCHITECTURE

Caller-ID based Routing Based on the Caller-ID details, an incoming call can be routed to a pre-defined extension. For example, important business calls may be directed to the higher authorities, calls with specific Caller-ID may be directed to specific departments, while calls from anonymous numbers may be directed to the customer support teams. Users with Digital key phone or IP phone can also have display of the caller s name, if programmed accordingly.

Least Cost Routing (LCR) ETERNITY NE helps to reduce telecom cost significantly by intelligently placing outgoing calls depending up on time of call, number dialed or the network to be used. It can even be programmed in such a way that for calling any Mobile number, only a particular trunk line is used. All this happens automatically! With Matrix ETERNITY NE, one can rest assured that every call being made outside your organization is always at the least cost!

VOIP
In digital form in discrete packets rather than by using the traditional circuit-committed protocols of the public switched telephone network PSTN.

VoIP has become popular largely because of the cost advantages to consumers over traditional telephone networks. VoIP is one of a family of internet technologies, communication protocols, and transmission technologies for delivery of voice communications and multimedia sessions over Internet Protocol IP networks, such as the Internet

VoIP Card VoIP card in ETERNITY offers intrinsic benefits of cost and flexibility using the most advanced Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based Internet telephony. It is designed to support both Peer-to-Peer and Registrar/Proxy supported calls. This multi-channel VoIP interface offers advantage of low-traffic Internet telephony for long distance and international calls. The VoIP card can also be configured to establish calls (Peer-to-Peer) between offices using the existing data network infrastructure. ETERNITY VoIP card supports a range of voice Codec ensuring Quality of Service (QoS) and efficient utilization of bandwidth. VoIP Server and Trunk Card IP-PBX System VoIP server card of ETERNITY IP-PBX offers the functionality of IP-PBX with an advantage of converge it to other networks. It has built-in registrar server which can register up to 999 users with maximum 32 SIP Trunks. It also supports behind the NAT and STUN applications.

Return Call to Original Caller (RCOC)

A call attempt may be unsuccessful if the called party is busy, does not pick up the call or due to any network issues. ETERNITY NE logs such unsuccessful calls in a RCOC table with details about the caller, number dialed and time of call. With these details available, if a call back is received from any of the called number, it is possible to route the call to the specific caller who attempted a call to the concerned number. This greatly reduces communication delay and also eliminates the need for operator assistance to redirect the call. With support for mobility and IP extensions, ETERNITY NE extends the feature utility outside the office premise.

ETERNITY PE
Matrix ETERNITY provides true mobility to its users by allowing them to use their mobile phones as PBX extensions. Users can make and receive calls and they can also use most of the PBX functions like Transfer, Forward, Voice Mail, Directory and Conference using their mobile phones . IP-PBX also interface with all new-generation wireless telecom networks like POTS, ISDN, GSM, 3G and VoIP. The ETERNITY IP-PBX offers Universal Connectivity with all these networks making a smooth and natural migration to the new-age IP infrastructure.

FEATURES OF GE
Key features of IB-PBX are Multi-Party Conference, Auto-Attendant, Digital Input Port, Digital Output Port, Analog Input Port, Analog Output Port, Remote Programming, and CDR with a large buffer capacity etc are built. Dual Ring This feature allows user to attend desk calls on their Mobile. Simultaneous ringing on Internal as well as on Mobile, whichever answers first, other disconnects. It is a boon to people who keep on traveling and yet can attend their desk calls. This feature is not applicable when outgoing call is routed through TWT and E&M.

Solution (GSM, 3G and IP) No need of DECT Matrix ETERNITY IP-PBX enables Mobile users to stay connected with the office wherever they go. Existing Mobile (GSM or 3G) can work as an extension. With SIP Client support of Mobile can work as an IP extension. These will replace the need of DECT phones completely because of the obvious advantages of wider range connectivity, simple implementation and cost.

ETERNITY GE
ETENRITY GE is for SME customers having up to 240 users with 3, 6 and 12 Universal Slots. All the cards including CPU and Power Supply are interchangeable

ETERNITY NE
ETERNITY NE is the eldest and the biggest in the family with two configurations 10 Universal Slots and 16 Universal Slots. NE supports hot-swapping of cards and redundancy of CPU and Power Supply to meet mission critical applications

ETERNITY PE

ETENRITY PE is the youngest and the smallest member of the family designed for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) customers having up to 48 users with two configurations 3 Universal Slots and 6 Universal Slots.
Door-Phone Card is offered in ETERNITY PE. A cost-effective version of ETERNITY PE with 3 slots is offered where ISDN and few other functions are not required.

IP-PBX
IP-PBX is basically of three types:
1. ETERNITY GE 2. ETERNITY NE 3. ETERNITY PE Key features of IP-PBX are Multi-Party Conference, Auto-Attendant, Digital Input Port, Digital Output Port, Analog Input Port, Analog Output Port, Remote Programming, and SMDR (CDR) with a large buffer capacity etc are built. Various system features similar offered to DKP and SLT user can be used by IP user registered to ETERNITY IP-PBX. Features such as Voice Mail, Call Transfer, Directory Dialing, Call Forward, Call Hold, Do-Not-Disturb, DND override, Call Pickup, Auto Call Back, etc. are available to IP user. Additional features are: Call pick up Call transfer Call forward Call hold Make internal and outgoing calls 15 participants conference
