Report

This document is a histopathology report from the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Lahore, Pakistan. It summarizes the results of an incisional biopsy taken from the umbilical region of a 70-year-old female patient named Almas Bibi. The biopsy showed metastatic adenocarcinoma based on positive staining for CK7, suggesting the primary site of cancer is likely the ovary, breast, endometrium, lung or upper GI tract. Further clinical and radiological examination is recommended to identify the original location of the cancer.
