Description
Cement Plastering 12 mm : Scaffolding is available Cement Plastering - 6mm : Stage Scaffolding is available Surface is properly prepared before Plastering. The concrete surface shall be bull marked. Chicken Mesh is fixed on RCC/ BLOCK junction. All shuttering material/ ply are removed before start of the work. Mortar mix as per specified. Grading of Sand as per specified. All put-log holes & chases shall be properly filled. Level marks & plumb marks shall be provided. Plaster to be finished to a true and plumb surface and to the proper degree of smoothness. The minimum thickness over any portion of the surface shall not be less than specified thickness by more than 3 mm in case of 12 th plaster & shall not be less than 5 mm in case of 6mm th. Plaster. Plastering of Ceiling shall not be commenced until the slab has been finished and centring has been removed. The average thickness of plaster shall not be less than the specified thickness. Check work visually after completion. Mark date of the work to control curing. The Plaster shall be kept wet for a period of 7 days.
