Terms & conditions associated with tutors:

There is a Membership fee Rs. 500/ only, valid for one year from the date of registration. The
membership fee Cycle is April to March & it is neither refundable nor transferable under any
circumstances.
Required Documents: Residence/address proof. Identity proof and Two color passport size
photographs.
Commission: First Payment - 50 %, Subsequent payments 15%. If any tuition is only for
one month or less than one month, then 35% commission will be charged.
A tutor will get tuitions/ assignments one by one. If one tuition/assignment is started and the
payment is made to the Bureau, he/she will get another and so on.
When a tutor is given any tuition, then it is the duty of the tutor to inform the Bureau about
the developments within 24 hours.
The tutors will have to be punctual. If any tutor is not regular / punctual, then his / her
registration may be cancelled.
The tutors are not allowed to discontinue any tuition, once started, before the end of annual
exams. If any tutor does so, he/she will not get any tuition/assignment in the future.
ALL DISPUTES, IF ANY, ARE TO BE SETTLED UNDER DELHI JURIDICTION ONLY.
