Pls note: Dress code: Formals Below are the pre requisites for yoga classes only. 1, Students should inform the faculty (before the start of the class) any issues about their health e.g backache, blood pressure etc. 2. Preferably have a light breakfast one hour before the class starts. Anything liquid is fine in moderate quantity. 3. Please wear loose clothing. track pants and t-shirt is advisable. 4. Please do ur practices according to ur capacity. 5. One can drink water, tea coffee after the class and anything solid half hour after the end of the class.
