Click NEXT

5. Select I accept the terms in the License Agreement and click Next

6. Click Next

7. Click Next

8. DO NOT SELECT Enable Central of profile information and click Next

9. Click Next

10. Click Next

11. Click Next

12. Click Next

13. Click Install

14. Click Finish (you can select Launch one-X Agent when setup exits)

Avaya one-X Agent Release 2.5 Client configuration: 15. Launch Avaya one-X Agent 16. If you launch your Avaya one-x Agent client first time click on Change Login Settings

17. Telephony tab Fill in Extension (IP Station 300021xx) and Password (PIN) fields. Fill in Server Address field with: 9.149.14.85-90 User Type: Agent Place and receive calls using: Other Phone Telephone at: your deskphone, your mobile etc, put # on the end of the Telephone At field

18. Go to Agent tab Select Enable ACD Login Fill in Agent (agent login-ID 375476xx) and Password (PIN) fields Default Agent state upon ACD connection: Ready

19. Click Save Settings & Log in

20. Login window (IP Station) will appear click Log in

21. Wait while logging into station

22. Login window (Agent) will appear click Log in

23. Wait while logging into agent

24. During logging to ACD (agent) will ring your phone deskphone/mobile (check point 17). Pickup the phone and drop it. Without these actions you are not able to complete logging.

25. If you can see the following screen you are logged in and you are able to pickup calls from you customer

As your extension and DDI is from UK, you should dial to UK as normally you would (without international prefix), to other countries you should dial as international call 9 00 xxx yyyyyyy or 0 00 xxx yyyyyyy.
