24. During logging to ACD (agent) will ring your phone deskphone/mobile (check point 17). Pickup the phone and drop it. Without these actions you are not able to complete logging.
25. If you can see the following screen you are logged in and you are able to pickup calls from you customer
As your extension and DDI is from UK, you should dial to UK as normally you would (without international prefix), to other countries you should dial as international call 9 00 xxx yyyyyyy or 0 00 xxx yyyyyyy.
