My main responsibilities were as under:

Create and preserve list of books & data of users using LIMS software. Offer circulation of books and orientation services, including doing research using the Internet and a
variety of pre arranged records.

Took special care and preserved monthlies and collection of daily newspapers. Operated a register to keep accounts of all the registered and renewed books and documents. Semester Reports & Projects: Shifting of Library Collection of Quaid-e-Azam Library: Some collection of Quaide-Azam Library, Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore was shifted to basement by us keeping in view the main points of shifting a library. This project helped us a lot in learning the main aspects of project management.

Marketing Plan of UMT Library: Designed the marketing plan of Library of University of
Management & Technology, Lahore.

Development of Digital Library: Designed & developed a digital library using Greenstone
software

Computer Skills: Hands-on experience of LIMS & Greenstone software. Well versed in MS Word, MS excel, Power Point, internet etc. Co-Curricular Activities / Awards Received:
Achieved Govt. Talent Scholarship for SSC students by the Directorate of Colleges, Faisalabad. Achieved Govt. Talent Scholarship for HSSC students by the Directorate of Colleges, Faisalabad.
