RU Student Housing
The RU student housing offers a total of 252 apartments for rent in two residential complexes at Nauthólsveg 83-85. The apartments all have their own entrance and outside staircase. In the basement, there is a laundry room, storage room, and wagon and bike storage. In the residential park, there are bike sheds, sports facilities (stretching benches), charcoal grills, benches, and open areas.
Single rooms
The rent includes electricity, heat and a house fund. All apartments come with refrigerators, stoves and free WiFi from RU. Laundry rooms and storage are included in each apartment and can be found in the basement. Tenants also have access to the laundry room in the basement. A residential garden with benches, charcoal grills, and open areas. Has a small kitchenette with utensils and a private bathroom. There is also access to a large shared kitchen, dining and meeting room and a balcony. The unit comes with a bed that is 120x200, a desk and chair and curtains.
