Jury seated for police officer’s murder trial in Patrick Lyoya’s killing

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The jury of Kent County residents who will decide whether a police officer is guilty of second-degree murder has been selected.

Jury selection was completed Wednesday for the murder trial against Christopher Schurr, the former Grand Rapids police officer charged in Patrick Lyoya’s death.
