As of the third quarter of 2024, the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) industrial market has led the nation with over $3.3 billion in sales, surpassing the Bay Area. This surge is attributed to a year-over-year rent growth of more than 8%, with average rents reaching $6.11 per square foot.
