Meet Luisa Puentes, our Senior Director of Retail Customer Success. What brought you to Fullpath? I’ve been in marketing for a long time, and I had a startup agency in Bogota, Colombia where I focused on my clients’ first party data to get them fantastic results. Now, I’m talking 15 years ago in South America, where digital marketing wasn’t really a thing. I would do everything manually, like have them write down their clients emails in a piece of paper and then I’d transcribe them to MailChimp and go nuts. Then years later, here in the US, I got into automotive and even with the technology and digital capabilities, the nature of maximizing first party data and understanding attribution felt manual and complex. Enter Fullpath, making all my little inner marketer’s dreams come true. Share something with us that the team may not know about you! I grew up in Venezuela, and right after college I worked for a “tourism & adventure” magazine where I made it a point to experience everything that I wrote about so I could truly reflect the experience. I traveled to the Amazon jungle where I swam in a river infested by anacondas, I went into deep caves to learn about bats, and I hiked Angel Falls—the world’s tallest waterfall. What is special about your team at Fullpath? I get to work with a group of people who are driven by making a difference for other people. My team is the Retail Customer Success (CSM) Team. We’re the ones responsible for ensuring our SMB & Mid-Market customers are consistently seeing the value of our products in achieving their business goals. CSMs have a very special set of skills that I’m fascinated by. They not only understand technology, digital marketing, and the ins and outs of the auto industry; they’re data storytellers and strategists with the ability to manage 50 different customers with different needs day in and day out, and make them feel like they’re their only client. They care. They really, really care about their customers and helping them win. And I see them go above and beyond for customers every single day. Lucky me to get to be around them daily. Since her arrival, she has traveled an impressive journey—from someone who didn't speak Hebrew to a successful software engineer leading projects in advanced technologies. Shira is a living example that there are no limits when the goal is clear. At 34, after a career in marketing, she decided to completely change direction and learn programming. Despite the concerns from those around her, she entered the tech field with eyes full of optimism. Today, she proudly serves as part of a diverse team at Fullpath, where 60% of the employees are new immigrants from all over the world. Having been with the Fullpath team for over five years, Dustin is now stepping into the role of Head of National Sales. In this position, he will oversee the retail sales organization to drive Fullpath’s sales strategy and growth.
