Spearheaded by FUNDAMAR – Fundación para la pesca y marisqueo, it is co-funded by the EU through #EMFAF and managed by CINEA - European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency. The project connects fisheries and tourism to foster coastal development. 📈 Major achievements include a brand-new website and the creation of an Atlantic Network uniting businesses, academic institutions, and government agencies. 📢 There is still time to apply to calls for proposals to support EU journalism and media literacy! Three calls under the Creative Europe programme worth €16 million will fund the following actions: 1️⃣ The first call for proposals will support pluralism and collaboration actions to promote journalism partnerships with a total amount of €10.5 million. 2️⃣ The second call worth €3 million aims to create a rapid response system that will systematically and comprehensively monitor violations of press and media freedom across the EU, as well as across countries participating in the Creative Europe programme and candidate countries. 3️⃣ The third call worth €2.5 million is dedicated to innovative cross-border projects that help enhance Europeans’ media literacy skills and limit the detrimental impact of disinformation. 🔗 Apply by 27 February: https://europa.eu/!73Vv3P #DigitalEU #CreativeEurope
