Six Months of the #HRforAll Twitter Chat

Six months ago, Cory and I founded the #HRforAll Twitter chat to enhance the future of work. After six months of co-hosting, we've met some amazing new people, had some incredible conversations, and are excited to continue the #HRforAll journey.

In April, our first chat talked about How Does HR Come Back from the Coronavirus Pandemic? Exploring what our biggest challenges are right now, lessons learned, and what to expect, the first chat went way better than we expected. The next month, we focused on Navigating Mental, Team, and Organizational Health During a Pandemic. We walked through ways organizations can support employees during this difficult time.

During our June chat, Voices of Influence in HR and #BlackLivesMatter, we welcomed our first guest host. Not just one guest, but two! The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List™sponsor, Ultimate Software's Christa Manning joined us along with Sarah Morgan from The Buzz on HR to talk about ways HR can diversify voices of influence within the profession and technology.

Over the summer, we had a series of chats exploring different facets of HR including Finding, Developing, and Working as a Leader with Joey Price and Engaging, Learning, and Cultivating Communities for BIPOC at Work with Janine Dennis. These amazing chats focused on growing and developing ourselves and each other through personal, relationship, and community development.

Just yesterday, we hosted our sixth chat on Wellness at Work During a Pandemic. Our guest, Farah Harris, walked us through what a holistic wellness program looks like, who should own wellness, and how to build initiatives and programs that work.

After six months of #HRforAll Twitter chats, we have learned so much and cannot wait to continue these amazing conversations. Thank you so much to everyone who has attended, participated in, guest hosted, or shared our chat. We can't wait to spend many more Tuesday afternoons with you!
