The framework employs Channel state information (CSI) and consists of three key components:

  1. Dual-Stream Structure – Uses Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) to identify abnormal movement patterns.

  2. Transformer Network – Extracts high-level activity features from WiFi signal data.

  3. Attention-Based Fusion Branch – Enhances cross-modal data fusion for superior recognition accuracy.

Breakthrough Performance and Practical Applications

The research team conducted extensive experiments, demonstrating MSF-Net’s superior accuracy across multiple datasets. The framework achieved remarkable Cohen's Kappa scores of 91.82% on SignFi, 69.76% on Widar3.0, 85.91% on UT-HAR, and 75.66% on NTU-HAR, significantly outperforming existing motion recognition technologies.
