More Than Just an Incubator: Your Interim Cofounder

More Than Just an Incubator: Your Interim Cofounder

Over the last decade, we’ve worked side by side with founders, and we’ve learned something important: what they need most isn’t just advice—they need someone right there with them, helping make the tough calls and navigating the day-to-day grind of running a business. That’s why we created the Interim Cofounder model.

Our Incubator invests $50K in each startup to help get things off the ground, but the real value comes from our hands-on involvement. We don’t just give founders guidance from a distance—we roll up our sleeves and get in the trenches with them. For six months, we’re not just advisors or mentors—we’re part of the team.

At the start of the program, we do a business audit – a dive deep into every aspect of the business, assessing and identifying the levers for growth. Then, we work with the founder to create a focused, actionable strategy designed to get that company to the next level.

But here’s the key difference: we don’t stop there. We’re with founders every single day, helping them run the business. Whether it’s getting to product market fit, fundraising, refining the product, or growth hacking, we’re in it together. By being involved in the day-to-day, we help founders push through obstacles, make smarter decisions, and move the business forward faster.

Our Interim Cofounder model isn’t just about a financial investment. It’s about having a partner who’s as committed to the success of the business as the founder. We’re there for the highs and the lows, helping steer the ship through the challenges of growing a business. Our founders aren’t just getting advice—they’re getting someone who’s fully invested, working with them to build something great.

If you’re a founder who’s looking for more than just funding, and you want an interim cofounder who’s in the trenches with you every day, let’s talk. We’re ready to help you run the business and drive it forward.
