Cherish the purposes & processes, and the natural results will follow. Dear Students, Thank you for your enthusiasm and active participation in co-creating such an interactive learning journey. By now, I hope you’ve gained a sense of blending diverse subject matters into perspectives we proudly call "International Journalism." I trust you’ve also started to reflect on the areas where we can work harder to make a lasting positive impact—whether it’s in how you represent yourself, your profession, and/or your organization. These elements shape who you are, what you do, and why you deserve the opportunity to take on assignments, conduct interviews, and contribute meaningfully to stories, from planning to publishing. Teamwork is critical, both in school and in the workplace. Believe in your ability to create a fulfilling professional journey, not just for yourself but also for your team (#發一個好球 | start a positive act or conversation). Remember, no one is perfect, and that is okay. Embrace the space to grow and improve for yourself and others. Strive for excellence, energize your mind and body to face challenges when the spotlight is on, and, most importantly, stay true to yourself. Build on your strengths, navigate areas where you may need improvement, and surround yourself with people who share your values to overcome challenges together. This is all part of life’s natural journey. Stay authentic. Stay WOW (=We & Our Wins)! --- The above was the after-class message sent to the students of the Master of International Journalism at Hong Kong Baptist University #HKBU --- Thank you once again for the generous sharing and precious time of Sir Yusuf Goolamabbas, Chief Knowledge Officer of Animoca Brands! We are deeply impressed by your extensive knowledge and experience, yet staying hungry and humble. You are an inspiration to myself and the students and a role model for us to look up to!
