Great insights. I posted something similar on LinkedIn, though without the careful analysis you did here. Interestingly, I’ve run across more pieces talking about Dave’s crisis comms strategy than the actual event itself… although I wonder how much of that is the algorithms knowing I’m a Comms guy (even though I’m a huge Foos/Nirvana/Dave fan).

I was never a huge Foo Fighters fan but I did really enjoy Dave Grohl’s autobiography. Sad to see his fall from grace - independent of how he’s handling the crisis!
