Earlier this month, we welcomed 30 new hires from around the globe to the Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, OH for our Welcome to Wendy’s onboarding event. Over the course of two days, new team members had the chance to network with leadership, connect with colleagues across different business functions, and even step into the Innovation Kitchen to make their own Dave’s Single—because what better way to learn about Wendy’s than by experiencing it firsthand? We also kicked off our first People Leader Essentials training session of the year. This program equips managers with the tools and behaviors they need to build, develop, and support their teams—reinforcing our commitment to strong leadership at every level. A warm welcome to our newest team members—we’re excited to see the impact you’ll make!
