The European Commission has released an #omnibus proposal to amend the #CSRD and a host of other sustainability regulations. We’ve broken down the recommended changes here: https://lnkd.in/e8RfbHJe As proposed, the omnibus includes: ➡️ Delays to reporting deadlines, including a two-year delay for firms in the second wave of CSRD reporting. ➡️ Reductions in the number of companies required to report under the CSRD. ➡️ Reductions in the number of datapoints reported under the CSRD. Critically, large companies are still likely to face mandatory sustainability disclosure under the CSRD.
