The most powerful question every leader should ask is- What’s my purpose? What’s your purpose as a leader? I didn’t ask myself this for years. I thought leadership was about managing people and getting results. But something always felt…off. I was busy, but I wasn’t fulfilled. I worked hard, but I wasn’t making the impact I wanted. That’s when I realized:- I didn’t have a clear purpose guiding me. Everything changed when I created my personal mission statement. It’s a simple sentence, but it’s my North Star. Here’s mine - To inspire and help others grow, thrive, and lead with purpose. This mission shapes how I lead, what I prioritize, and how I show up every day. It’s not about work it’s about leaving a legacy. If you want to lead with intention, you need your own mission statement too.
