What impassions me as a woman in experimentation? Building communities of the most diverse voices .. so that opinions and ideas can rub against each other, go against the grain, ignite embers of change, and fan them into full-fledged revolutions. We've managed to stir the pot quite a bit at Convert.com -- building a team that walks the talk of diversity and inclusion. But also of excellence through daily progress (the sentiment that powered our #BeBetterNovember drive). It all starts with Tiffany Fortune, SHRM-SCP, LSSBB -- Chief HR & sales officer. Makes its way to Morgan Legge -- she who laid the foundation of Holacracy and the 'manager-free but leadership-strong' org that we are today... Jumps to Victoria Harrison... Carmen Apostu... Atty. Kezeah Niere, J.D. (our legal eagle), Ekwutosi Cynthia Okeh (our account manager ace), Marcella Sullivan (in-house CRO), Poonam Deshpande (advanced technical support) ... and so many more. I've made it a point to never commit to something I don't believe in. That's why I'm choosing the eve of International Women's Day ... to showcase how the rallying cry for the Women in Experimentation Summit and the industry-shaping work by Lucia van den Brink ✨️& Daphne Tideman is reflected within Convert ... And to announce the 2025 edition! We hosted the event no one thought was possible. And I'm proud to support the WiE community to do it all over again... The woman in experimentation and conversion rate optimization. I'm constantly pushing boundaries and trying new things. Convert empowers me to do just that with its unique approach to work. The autonomy of Holacracy allows me to take ownership of my roles and responsibilities, fostering an environment where I can make impactful decisions independently, free from the limitations of a traditional. Or set up. So I'm here today to celebrate the amazing women that I've worked together and to continue fight for equality and breaking barriers to have a better future where the women can truly shine. Thank you so much, Obrigado. Convert, it does not only empower us, it's contractors, but it also makes sure that we have fun doing the work. And this matters within the experimentation community, especially as a woman, because it signifies that Convert is a stable partner within the complex world of CRO. And who is in QA analyst at convert target to testifying and improve much of the product. Wat oefis collecty is niet zo'n Freedom. Doet ik onderscheuk. Toen mochten we ook uitgiftebiljet en The Progress. There's over perfection mindset. Let me grow every day. It's just basically instrumentation isn't just encourage, it's how we decide. He used to all women experimentation making an impact to have International Women's Day. Being at Convert means, um, I'm deeply involved in the world of experimentation and maybe testing and being a woman in experimentation, that means always questioning, learning and of course, going. So I then what? I have the freedom to test ideas because we're in holocracy and make decisions and push boundaries. So I work at Converse at a technical account manager and also as a customer success manager, and I'm happy to say that joining Convert is one of the best thing that happened to me. Why? As Convert 1 is allowed to be herself, They this flexibility that comes with working at Convert that also allows you to, you know, go the extra mile or go above and beyond to ensure that you are intuiting your best.
