100% agree. Digital Forensics is no longer optional for law enforcement. Agencies must have accesses to and/or start, and maintain digital forensic capabilities at their agencies. If you don't, you are not seeking the truth or doing what you can to solve cases. So many cases are solved, pled out, and successfully prosecuted primarily from digital forensics. There are also many cases where a complaint was determined false and made up to get another in trouble only due to the digital forensics. If your agency hasn't invested, you are way behind.
