🚨 59% of the global workforce will need skill transformation by 2030. The problem? Most organizations aren’t ready. That’s where Degreed comes in. Because workforce transformation doesn’t start with org charts or headcount. It starts with learning. Want to build the talent you need from the talent you have? Here’s how: ✅ Pinpoint Needs – Use skill data to identify the gaps that matter most ✅ Personalize Development – Build AI-powered, goal-based learning journeys with coaching and automation ✅ Measure Change – Track progress and prove the ROI of your L&D strategy From onboarding to leadership development, from compliance to career mobility—Degreed helps you do more, faster, with less. 💡 Your learning strategy shouldn’t just support transformation. It should be the transformation. #FutureOfWork #LearningAndDevelopment #WorkforceTransformation #Degreed #SkillsFirst #TalentDevelopment

Couldn't agree more; as a strategic workforce professional, I can attest that upskilling and reskilling are critical to keep pace with the changes. One of the challenges I have faced in my career is getting stakeholders to "act" on the problem of upskilling and reskilling. In my experience, stakeholders in the room will all agree that something needs to be done, then the real challenge of implementing begins... Good post!
