Hi everyone, We want to provide clarity regarding our ongoing discussions with LinkedIn about the temporary removal of our brand page: Apollo.io LinkedIn Page. We are actively working with LinkedIn to understand the nature of our brand page restriction and to resolve the matter as soon as possible. We want to assure you that this does *not* disrupt Apollo's services or impact our core platform functionality. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to engage with us on our Community Slack channel (https://lnkd.in/gw8mxA5d). We will share the latest updates as soon as we have more information. Thanks!
LinkedIn is like planting a garden on someone else's land. Difficult to do, especially if the land owner considers you a competitor.
Where was the clarity in this post though? Lol
Sooo. I’m unable to join you on Slack using my Google login because Google is blocking you saying Apollo doesn’t comply with their policies.
Hopefully you all get LinkedIn to chill on their policies; would be great to have a more open environment :)
Thanks for the repost zoë hartsfield. We are looking into Apollo rn and this flag came up. Would appreciate a connect with someone to go over a few questions before we hop on a plan.
Wait. People deliberately hang out in other companies Slack channels?
Thank you for clarifying! We had started to research alternatives on Monday as we though it affected product as well.
Hey Tim, I hope you're doing well. We're facing a similar situation on our end, as Apollo has blocked our corporate domain, which is preventing us from upgrading to your premium service, despite several discussions on the matter. It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this and help resolve the issue. While circumstances and challenges are temporary, the relationships we build are long-lasting. Regards
