#PropertyInvestment activity was visibly stronger in Q2 than in the previous quarter. The total volume in #CEE amounted to over 4.2 bn EUR in H1 2024, marking an increase of 22%, double the average of the European markets. 📊 ▶ While domestic and regional investors continued to dominate, the volume of international capital tripled in Q1: • Industrial & logistics investment marketplace is becoming more global also in CEE. • Hotel and residential opportunities are on the radar for many investors. These two emerging asset classes carved out ca *15%* out of the overall volume in 2024 so far. Yield curves have flattened out across most markets with little or no movement in prime yields over Q1. Investors seem to have stronger opinion on values therefore submit more bids. 🏷 This is supported by recent benchmark transactions across key sectors and cities giving more confidence about pricing.
