Build Club reposted this
There’s a lot of hype around ‘AI-first’ workforces. But what does that actually look like in practice? At Build Club, we’ve spent the last six months experimenting and speaking with workforce AI experts to understand how companies are truly leveraging AI. Our mantra: scale in a way that gives employees superpowers—not replacing them 💡. At our standup today, Arvind Singharpuria demo'd the first version of an AI blog writer that can save us 10+ hours a week! All from a tool he learnt in a few days called AirOps! Internally, we have found these enablers make step changes to being an 'AI first company': 1. Experimentation: We give our team time to learn and explore new tools, in this case we worked directly with Steven Male and AirOps as part of an upcoming partnership drop! 2. Iteration: We keep the human in the loop for a while, iterate and compare with other tools (Arvind's blog writer when working will be a course). 3. Automation: Once the AI tool is running smoothly, we keep quality in check with regular reviews! For fast-moving teams, maximizing ROI with AI isn’t about replacing people, it’s about amplifying their impact. Are you experimenting with AI in your workflows? We’d love to hear below! 📷: today's team standup Arvind live demoing! -- P.S. This is the kind of AI adoption we need to see more of! Empowering teams with AI tools like Arvind’s blog writer — saving 10+ hours a week — is a game-changer. Love how Build Club is focused on amplifying human potential rather than replacing it. The Experiment ➡️ Iterate ➡️ Automate approach is pure gold! Who else is integrating AI into their workflows? Let’s share ideas and wins below!
At The Hackers Playbook we're an AI-first workforce! We automated for following for ourselves and our clients in a cost-effective way: - Content reviews for LinkedIn and Substack using AI and a semi-manual process with human-in-the-loop framework - Exploratory data analysis - Synthetic data generation for testing purposes - Codebase analysis to improve developer experience This is just the tip of the iceberg of what we've done so far! We build these prototypes at an express pace, and if you'd be interested in exploring ways to improve your AI automations even further for Build Club, we could talk!
Best part about this post: It quantifies the business value (10 hours of labor hours savings) of what you’re doing with AI. While I’ll always find the technical details interesting, at some point AI will need to graduate from an “expensive hobby” to a “business optimizer.” Seems like your team has the right mindset. Well played!
Love the focus on AI as an enabler rather than a replacement. Have you found any specific roles where AI adoption has been trickier to implement effectively?
Completely agree—AI is most powerful when it amplifies human potential instead of replacing it. The key is smart experimentation + iteration like you mentioned. At Barak AI We’re currently working on AI solutions that help non-tech professionals leverage AI .
love this approach, AI as an amplifier, not a replacement. What’s been the biggest surprise in adopting these tools?
Nice work on the AI blog writer demo! It’s cool to see AI tools like this really saving time and effort.
Arvind Singharpuria killing it as always
Heck yeah Arvind Singharpuria!!! That's SO cool to see 🙌 Give an artist a (really cool) paint brush (called AirOps) and they'll create magic 🎨😂
